Process Brokers
How It Works
***First and foremost, we must give you a disclaimer that we are not sanctioned by GIN, KTFC, or Trudeau Consulting. This means if any issues do arise GIN, KTFC, and Trudeau Consulting cannot be held responsible since they have no control over this venture and this is not officially "KT approved." Use your own discretion in dealing with us.***

With that being said, we're just two guys who are running this thing as a side project. We're pretty bare bones on a lot of things (I mean look at this website LOL) but we do provide top-notch customer service. We will treat you fairly and be as prompt with you as possible in communication to get the right deals in front of you. We're also not looking to get rich off of this venture, but rather we want to be modestly compensated for providing this service which requires quite a bit of time with back and forth communication between all parties.
The Customer Journey
These are the steps to buy and/or sell with us:
Contact Us
Step 1 is to go to our "Contact" page and fill out the form with your information and what you want to buy and/or sell as well as pricing you're looking for.
Brokering a Deal
We don't make any promises on pricing other than we'll work with you to find a deal in the range of the open market. We will bring you deals as close as we can to what you're targets are and there may be a lot of back and forth discussion to make a deal. We also ask that you respond to us within 24 hours of a deal being presented to you or you will forfeit that opportunity.
Transfer of Processes
Once we make a deal, we will work with you on the appropriate protocol to transfer the processes from the seller to the buyer.
Payment and Commission
Once the transfer of the process is lined up correctly, the buyer will pay the agreed upon price to the seller directly. Because of the high integrity of this group, we trust the seller to pay the buyer in a reasonable time frame and also to pay us our agreed upon commission. With the general public this policy would be pretty risky and would be asking for trouble, but I trust my fellow GIN members and KT Fan Club supporters to be terrific to work with!
